The “Locked Gate” project continues to move forward thanks to the efforts of Arvid supported by Paul and a number of volunteers.
Under this years budget, gates 1, 2, and 4 have been installed. The wiring on gate 1 is complete and gates 2 and 4 could be wired this week weather permitting.
Gate 1 will be locked as of today and gates 2 and 4 as soon as the wiring is complete.
We had issued a 4 digit code to each of you. However, as we moved through the experiment, it became clear, that programming all these numbers without wifi support, is not possible at this time so
When you arrive at the gates you will find a keypad on the drivers side at window height .
Use the following code – 5757* (don’t forget the pound * after the 4 numbers)
The same code and / or fobs work on all 3 gates.
If you ordered fobs they have arrived. Please contact the following persons to arrange pick up.
Gate 1 – Arvid, Gate 2 – Chris or Paul, Gate 4 – Gary (in the meantime use the code as above)
We will place a second order for more fobs this spring for distribution at the AGM. The cost is $21 / fob.
The gates will open automatically when you are leaving the estate. The gates swing in so do not get too close.
Please do not indiscriminately share our codes with the world.
Gates 5, 6 and 7 will be included in the 2020 budget for the consideration of the shareholders.
